CATALOGUE NOTES

Separate shared and personal equipment

Do not determine quantities from headcount alone. Consider simultaneous practice groups and which items can be shared. Protection that depends on fit needs an individual check. The configurations and images here are illustrative and do not establish bulk pricing or team supply contracts. Email to ask about specific quantities and terms.

SELECTION FIELD GUIDE

A checklist for team preparation

01

Break the session into stations

List what is used simultaneously at batting, fielding and throwing stations. Separate existing equipment from items you can borrow to identify the actual gaps.

02

Check fitted items individually

A count of helmets or protective items is not enough. Check fitting instructions and size ranges. For shared equipment, establish cleaning and adjustment procedures too.

03

Plan responsibility and storage

Decide where items return, when they are checked and where damaged equipment is separated. Assess bag capacity alongside the carrier’s load rather than putting everything in one bag.

AFTER THE SESSION

Make shared-equipment checks visible

Clean off dirt after the session and remove damp items for drying. Report damaged protective fasteners or surfaces to the equipment organiser so the next user is aware. Keep unusable items separate from usable equipment and follow material-specific cleaning instructions.

FIT / MATERIAL / USE

Storage is more than capacity

Look at openings, dividers, handles and the base to understand how a bag will work in practice. Can dirty balls be separated from clothes? Can damp equipment be removed easily? The illustrations do not specify capacity or load limits. List the dimensions and weight of your load and check against actual product information.

Questions about team equipment preparation

Are team prices or discounts available?

No confirmed prices or discount terms are published here. Email a list of items, quantities and specifications to ask whether a quotation or sales terms can be provided.

Can a team share helmets?

Sharing depends on product conditions, hygiene procedures and fit for each user. Check individual fit, establish cleaning and inspection procedures, and follow the organiser’s rules.

Is headcount enough to work out quantities?

Include simultaneous activities, current equipment and which items can be shared. The examples are a starting point for planning, not a guaranteed quantity recommendation.
